With your toughest problems, sometimes you just need a place to start. The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) makes professional counselors available to help with life’s most difficult issues.

Free and Confidential Support Anytime You Need It

Just call the EAP telephone number on your member ID card. Counselors are ready to help 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The EAP is provided to you at no cost, and it’s completely confidential.

The EAP staff will listen to your concerns and help you or your household family members find resources to deal with:

  • Marriage and relationships
  • Mental health
  • Stress
  • Family problems
  • Legal referrals
  • Childcare and elder care
  • Financial matters
  • Substance abuse
  • Grief
  • Work-related issues

Additional Support

For times when a phone call isn't enough, your EAP benefit may include options for face-to-face counseling. When appropriate, we can help you arrange an in-person appointment with an EAP counselor. Or we can refer you to resources or professionals outside the EAP, but you may be responsible for the cost.

You can also take advantage of our online resources to help you manage life events. Get information and help for alcoholism, drugs, anxiety, depression, work stress, family issues, money issues and more.
